PG Glass hits my gate and leaves it not working, putting the safety of my family at ris****

PG Glass technicians who came to fix my broken window hit my gate on their way out. They attempted to fix this but were not able to, and we had to spend the night with a faulty gate. The next day they sent a technician to look at the gate again and still he was not able to fix it, and he advised that he would return later in the day, and he did not return. This meant that we spent a second night with a faulty gate. This morning they have phoned me to advise that actually the gate has a faulty motor motherboard, which is not related to the accident, and they are not responsible for this. Well, I have told them that they had better put my gate in the same working condition that they found it in, and I want this fixed today. I do not want to spend a third day with a faulty gate, and the fact that they are now passing the buck with regard to the fault is leaving me with a very sour taste!

PG Glass have put the safety of my family at risk and they are now trying to pass the buck!! How deplorable!!
