PG Glass has no customer service

PG Glass centurion has no customer service at all. We had to replace a windscreen on our vehicle last year and now with all the rain found out the windscreen was not sealed properly. After contacting PG Glass they said we can bring the car the following day. On arrival they tell us no sorry they are fully booked the next opening is only next week Monday. It is their fault but they are not willing to assist in fixing the problem. Now we just have to hope it doesnt rain till then. So dissapointed in customer service lately.
