PG Glass - Extremely Poor Performance

I have been trying since 1 February to get my windscreen replaced with PG Glass, and this after visiting a branch to learn they don't have stock; then they arrive at my house to do it on site but get here with the incorrect windscreen; then coming to my house again but this time with the wrong model windscreen? I thought you were a WINDSCREEN business? I could never have dreamed it would take more than three weeks for such a simple thing. On Monday I phoned the call center, someone promised to call me back and I'm still waiting. I can only suggest that if you need autoglass anyone OTHER than PG Glass cannot possibly be worse.
