PG Glass Edenvale Took My Money, Damaged My Car And Wont Do Anything About It

Took my car in for tinting/smash and grab film at PG Glass Edenvale, ended up with R10 000 worth of damage done to my windows (hundreds of scratches on back windows) they refuse any wrong doing despite me having clear before and after pictures while they do not have any evidence of scratches on the glass. Their latest statement is that I "Acknowledged the scratches were there beforehand" which is absolute ******* an untrue. Resolution process that was discussed with manager in person changed soon after I left the premises. Needless to say I will be taking this further.
