PG Glass Edenvale service is really bad!!!!!

Edenvale PG Glass, the service is really bad, they don't communicate ETAs, you have to call them to follow up, then they say that the glass will be fitted at 10am on the 10/02/2022, when you go there, stand like an idiot waiting for service, no one sees to you, then they tell you that the glass hasn't arrived yet!!! waiting two weeks for a glass for my car, then try an get ahold of them and no one answers the phones, can't even get hold of the manger. Really poor services. I mean can't they get the basics right???????????
