PG Glass edenvale disappointing

PG Glass Edenvale were a big disappointment. Daughter’s car required a new windscreen. Filled in the form on their website and sent an email to the cash sales email address. Been a week and no response. Got it fitted elsewhere. Went to diagnose a new crack a day later on the new windscreen and my daughter got told all is fine, the chip won’t spread. Ok she did get there 20 minutes before closing time. I get home and immediately notice the chip is spreading. If you don’t want to see customers, close your doors earlier, but don’t lie to us. If I believed the technician, that would have been a second windscreen in 2 days.
