PG Glass Edenvale cannot give me an invoice a week after paying them

On Wednesday night the 29th June ********* bombed an atm at my business. The explosion blew a gaping hole through the shop window. The following day I called PG Glass to fit a new glass. They insisted I pay on a quote of R14 395.00 before they can come and fit. The insurance gave me a go ahead to do this because of the urgency of the matter, with the agreement that I will claim later. This requires an invoice which I haven't received till today.

I have called numerous times and wrote emails with no success. Dumisani Ndlela who was assisting me is now unavailable, either his number is engaged or he is busy. Initially he told me that he is waiting for the the manager to GRV the glass, then the excuse was the system that had a problem.

Yesterday I called again and asked for the manager. I was put through to someone named Vasco. I asked him whether it takes a ****** week to issue an invoice. He said I cannot use such language on HIS phone. I asked if he is the manager and he said no. I then asked why am I transfered to his phone instead of the manager, he didn't answer. I then requested the managers number. He said its in his phone and cannot look it up whilst talking. He took my number and promised to call back. He did not.

The insurance has requested this invoice twice already as I have already submitted the claim using the quote. I told them that I am still waiting for the invoice but they might now doubt the authenticity of my claim. I would not fault them. Who takes a week to make an invoice for a service already paid. It is also mind boggling for a company of the caliber and size of PG Glass. Is this how they treat their customers?
