PG Glass Edenvale are *******!!!

We had a window that broke after hours. Called Standard Bank home insurance for them to arrange a glass fitter. Whilst they were making arrangements, I called a 24 hour number that belonged to PG Glass but only to find out that this was in Port Elizabeth and we are in Gauteng. The person I spoke to was Nasier and he quoted me a total of R1250 which included the R650 call-out fee. I then received a call from Vasco, PG Glass Edenvale and was quoted an amount of R1450 for the same size glass, 93cm x 145cm. On enquiring why such a massive price difference, I was told that their suppliers are different and also that is their price for after hours. I can not understand how the price could be so much more from branch to branch. Totally irate. I will never recommend or use PG Glass!!!
