PG Glass dont want your business

I tried to get a quote to replace my windscreen with PG Glass three times. - called and eventually left a message after holding for more than 15min. - utilised their Chatbot, was promised a callback. - Emailed. I then got an SMS to say I must call them with a reference number. I called and was transferred to the same call centre where I had spent in excess of 15min before. I then hung up.
