PG Glass, dont expect much

After receiving no service from their Kathu branch, I laid a complaint on Hellopeter. They immidiately responded by apologising and stated that they will make work of my complaint. I never heard from them again. I requested my insurance provider to arrange that my claim be transferred to their Upington branch where I actually received very good servive. Afterwards PG Glass requested that I complete their survey, which I did, indicating that I would not recommend them. They then asked if they can give me a call regarding my bad experience with them, and I responded "yes". The then sent me their number, and that was the last I heard from them! It would seem as though the Kathu branch base their service levels on that of their head office... I however have to tip my hat to their Upington branch, where I received great service with a smile.
