PG Glass does not attend to issues raised on HelloPeter

On the 18th of December, I posted a review regarding the bad service by PG Glass Satellite Branch. On the 19th of December, PG Glass responded with their automated response, promising to contact me to deal with my issue. To date, no contact has been made. They clearly do not care.
