PG Glass Disaster

Hi All,

I have had a really difficult time with PG Glass and this is not the first time. I phoned to order a mirror for my house which the guys did bring the mirror however without calling me to inform me something is wrong they took the mirror back with them.

I tried calling the store to find out why and left numerous messages but still have gotten no feedback.

The first time I ordered a mirror PG Glass took almost 2/3 months to deliver it and again there was no communication from them to advise on the turn around time or why there is a delay.

The other problem is if you call the store you go through to a call center and you have to wait for feedback this is poor customer care.

The communication and feedback received from PG Glass is shocking especially it been the second time around, I am sure this is not the type of reputation PG Glass would like to have.

I am still not sure where I am going to order a mirror from as I still can not get through to any PG Glass.
