PG Glass - Disappointing

PG Glass Wonderboom is just disappointing. Firstly I confirmed with them a booking/replacment on the 16th of Sep for a front passenger glass, come 18th Friday afternoon they tell me glass isn't available and a back order will be made, fine. I made a follow up on the 23rd and was told the glass is in transit and I should come in Saturday the 26th. Today, Friday the 25th I make another follow up just to confirm and I am told all sorts. No courtesy whatsoever to contact me and let me know where they are with sourcing the glass. I would have pitched there Saturday morning for nothing basically.
