PG Glass cannot deliver a simple quotation

Last week I requested a quote to replace my vehicle windscreen. I got a reference number and was assured of a email with a formal quotation from the fitment center. Phoned next day gave ref again got assured again. Phoned day after and same answer its on the way. So called again Monday same story. Phoned today logged new call got new ref and still waiting. They send you from pillar to post and no one accept responsibility. Still waiting. Service pathetic.
