PG glass - building glass

I used PG glass to supply and install aluminium doors and windows whilst building. The experience has been a total nightmare. They were two months late on the job. The contractors we highly uns****ed and unprofessional. The double glazed glass was cut incorrectly (size), all measurements were incorrect. The workmanship was shoddy to say the least. I got AAAMSA to do a audit, which damning of the workmanship. We submitted the reports (2) to PG glass, and subsequently they have now been expelled from AAAMSA. Still I have received no response. I"ve arranged for independent contractors to come and fix the issue. Waterproofing principles were flouted, workmanship akin to a grade 7 learner. Absolutely disgusting. Never have i ever encountered such unprofessional, sloppy work from a service provider. Specced incorrect glass, the list goes on. The shortcuts that they took are unimaginable. I can't understand that anyone who takes your money doesn't deliver at all and is allowed to continue to operate.
