PG Glass broke my car

PG Glass Kathu broke the covers next to the windscreen while replacing the windscreen. This happened 4 months ago. The quote for the replacement is more than R9000.00. PG glass head office doesnt answer a telephone. The owners at PG glass Kathu is always on holliday in the Cape and will only be able to assist me when they are back. Filling in the complaint on the website is a waste of data. If your insurance insist on taking your car to PG Glass, change your insurer.
