PG Glass broke my car.

I’m not a FB complainer but I’m about to become one. And for better reason than housewife number 3 on your timeline today whose Starbucks was cold.

Friends... if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of having been smash and grabbed please mitigate your frustration and DO NOT - I repeat DO NOT - use PG Glass to do the window repair.

Here’s why: 1. They are entirely unprofessional and have a lax, unhelpful and melancholic attitude when assisting clients. 2. It took more than a month from instituting a claim with my insurer for my window to be replaced by this company. 3. In the meantime I was given a temporary ‘window’ to protect against rain damage. This, by the way, was a piece of Perspex and duct tape. Imagine! Duct tape on a BMW Z4. Sight for sore eyes. 4. My car was vacuumed superficially leaving a whole collection of smashed glass under the mat. I looked like I was smuggling diamonds. 5. This temporary window detached from my car while I was driving ON THE HIGHWAY very almost causing a high speed accident. Well done, guys. Now let’s get to the actual window replacement more the a month after the incident: 6. Some rubber on my door was not replaced properly resulting in the door not closing properly. 7. After pointing this out and having it addressed I noticed my door sounded like a rain shaker. They had neglected to vacuum the broken glass out of the door. I MEAN???? This is your day job surely you know how to do it? More over the guy was EXTREMELY agitated when I asked him to get the broken glass out of my door. Like? 8. The door panel was not fitted properly and was loose. I tried to get the guy to fix this. He did something and it looked fine until I got home now and checked properly. Turns out the fastening clips have been broken. I went to get a window fixed and came back with a broken door panel. PG Glass, please justify this? I dare you to try.

Absolutely pathetic. It is customer service like this that in part contributes to international attitudes that result in statements like ‘****hole countries’.
