PG Glass - Boksburg vs Edenvale

I had to take my car to PG Glass Boksburg and I am appalled by the service i received there. I went there on Friday the 31st of May to ask for help on fixing one of my windows that had been broken off of one of the clips ( someone tried to brake into my car ) Toyota had told me that i need to go the PG as they just need to glue it back on. I walked in and one of the ladies called someone to have a look. The guy checked my window and told me i need to replace the whole window and i need to go back to Toyota for them to do it. I was not sure if he was lazy and didn't want to help me or if it was because i am a women that he thought i would be dumb and not know what to do, so i decided to take my dad with me to the one in Edenvale just so that it could prove to me what the actual reason would be. We walked into the reception area and the lady got one of the guys to check my window and he immediately said he could help us and it just needs to be glued back. We waited about 10 minutes and they told me i could pull my car in and another couple of minuets they were done. They were so friendly and willing to assist us. I am highly disappointed with PG glass Boksburg and incredibly happy with PG glass Edenvale.
