PG Glass. Barrack Street are Stars.

I tool a Mercedes-Benz E500 into PG Glass in Barrack Street, Cape Town 2 weeks ago to fit a moulding which Mercedes-Benz Century City told us to order and to seal the windscreen. I arrived to a friendly and welcoming staff. I dealt mainly with Kyle. I told him about the part and the problem. He immediately said that the part which I was told to order, wasn't needed and he has never needed to replace it. He poured water over the top of the windscreen and discovered that the windscreen was loose. Something that Mercedes-Benz couldn't pick up in 3 times that the car was with them. Kyle told me that he just needed to remove the screen, reseal it and refit it. He would also need to recalibrate the camera. All of this was done within the promised 4 hours. Not only did Kyle sort out an ongoing water leak, but sorted out an inner door handle in 20 minutes, which Mercedes-Benz took 3 visits to fix. I can't praise everyone there more. It was such a great experience to have exceptional service, where nothing was a problem. Thank you Kyle and all other staff for you help in solving the problems
