PG Glass Amanzimtoti USELESS!!!

I went to Pg glass Amanzimtoti to have the windscreen repaired. According to pg glass advertising the repair would be almost invisible. But not at Amanzimtoti. The repair looked exactly the same as before it was "repaired". No improvement at all. When I questioned the manager he just said that's how it is. He didn't even wake up from his chair to inspect. Really terrible workmanship for someone that says they be doing it for years. I've had windscreens previously repaired at a different PG glass and that work was outstanding. Biggest mistake ever going to pg glass Amanzimtoti. They are useless. I've complained about this and I am still waiting for this to be sorted. It's like they have no intention of sorting their mess up. It seems like POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE runs throughout PG Glass. If there was option to upload a picture showing their pathetic attempt of what they called repaired, I would have.
