PG Glass

I have just been to PG Glass Fourways to have a very small chip repaired. I was told that sometimes these chips cannot be repaired, and the windscreen can crack further. It was such a minute chip that I thought that could not possibly happen. I was called a few minutes later to be told the windscreen is now cracked. From having a small chip I now have a 45 cm crack. I had arranged everything with Outsurance just for the chip, which would be no charge to me. PG Glass stated that we should let them know when they can order the new windscreen. I will not replace it as I have to pay an excess and my no claim bonus will be affected.
