PG (GL)ASS

<p>So my ordeal started when my wife was unfortunatly targeted by a smash and grab on a Friday. I called my insurance broker and they said it would be best to deal with PG Glass as thats who the insurance use. I contacted their line but it was already after hours and put me through to after hours standby who said that the parts were not available to the mobile unit to come out and they needed autherisation from my insurance and as this was after hours the indervidual could not assist. Skip to Monday morning, I log a a call with the call centre and for the first time get a refrence number , I specifically give my brokers details and specifically tell the call centre agent to deal direct through her to not cause any unwanted delays. Then by the afternoon comes and my broker has still not heard from them. I call again and apparently the initial call had not been logged properly with my brokers details, I give them again. I call my broker at 4pm and still no contact and I phone again to find out they have asked for autherisation direct from the insurance company which I specifically asked twice on two diffrent calls with two diffrent call centre personell NOT TO DO and to PLEASE go through my broker. So they put me through to an admin lady who tells me she is the one dealing with my insurance and says she will call me back.....surprise surprise...no call back. After this I then call back and its after 5pm and the next day is Tuesday (Womans day: public holiday) They said they are closed the Tuesday and will only be able to assist the Wednesday morning. Soooo I still sit and wait almost 4 days after the incedent and PG ass could not help. This service is shocking and by the way this episode has been dealt with I dont even expect a reply.
