PG autoglass no certificate received

I Mrs Kockott went to PG autoglas edenvale on this saturday 04th jan 2020 at 10am to do inspection on my polo playa, opel corsa and camel trailer the inspection certificate was received by miway from pg autoglass for the polo playa and Opel corsa but not the camel trailer which is very unprofessional where the trailer is not insured because miway never received this certificate, now this monday the 06th jan2020 I have to take off work to go to pg autoglass to sort this out which is very unprofessional at all measures
