PG Auto Glass - Post Installation customer service

I have the windscreen replaced on my Land Cruiser 79 d/c. I noticed a noise when reversing out the driveway, thought it was suspension after countless hours, mechanics, Toyota involved it ended up being narrowed down to a windscreen not set correctly causing a knock.

Now, trying to get hold of PG Auto Glass is a mystery on its own, we have tried to take the vehicle back to the original satellite store in Noordhoek, Cape Town but never enough staff to complete the job and never respond to calls or messages. It has now been 3 weeks of trying to resolve this issue.

The customer service is terrible, the workmanship seems a bit average which is concerning as a windshield is a major safety barrier. I am yet to receive a phone call back saying, Hi Mr Henry, we have an availability to correctly instal your windshield...
