PG Auto glass Krugersdorp

My sister submitted a claim for a windscreen and side window with her insurance and payment was made to PG Krugersdorp. She has been waiting for over 2 weeks. They dnt contact her with updates or pitch up with the wrong sizes. Their service is beyond pathetic as i have to call on her behalf. They lie by promising to call back but dnt. Will never use them again!!!
