pf glass is dishonnest

first i take my 1 car for a chip to be fixed, if i pay cash its r350 but claimed through insurance pg glass would claim almost r1000, please tell me this, how does this work??

then second car: i want to replacy my windshield as this car is not insured.

they ask me r4200 for the window.

i got a quote from another form another company all the way in menlyn coming out to replace it cost me r1950.
