Pathetic working procedures
My car window was broken on Friday and the insurance agreed to let PG Glass order the window. They gave many pathetic procedures which add no value to me as a customer but wastes my time as if the window is gonna be installed for free. I regret choosing them for this replacement. You are shifted from one person to another and their attitude is bad.
