PATHETIC SERVICE - PG glass Weargate

Poor and pethetic service from PG glass Westgate .... car window ordered and paid for on 13 Feb 2021, we were told window will be there Tuesday 16 Feb. We went there on 16th wi dow not there and again told window should be there o Thursday 18 Feb. On Thursday we went there again, window still not there, we would be contacted should window be delivered. We heard nothing on Friday. On Saturday 20 Feb we viaited PG glass westgate to find out whats going on. Seems no one knows whats going on with our order. We requested a full refund. The lady called the franchise owner who informed us that because we paid with a debit card a cash refund is not possible and promise to follow up and call us on Monday at 10:00. No one called us. Again we visited the PG glass earlier today, only to be told window not delivered and that the franchise owner was off sick yesterday. I'm very dissapointed with the BAD service we got from them. I would like our money to be refunded so we can go somewhere else.
