pathetic service from PG Glass

PG Glass has the worst service ever I keep having to follow up with them for my claim which has been approved by my insurance yet every time I follow up they say they waiting for approval yet I have been giving them the claim number for over one and a half weeks. Rather use another approved glass supplier which will look after their clients /business.
