Pathetic service, don't waste your money.

I wish it was possible to give a no star rating! I recently had a chip on my windscreen and immediately went to PG auto glass in Greenstone based in Tiger wheel and tire. They "repaired" the chip. 3 Days later the chip started to spread. I immediately went back to PG auto glass. I was advised by the lady who did the repair that they did mention to me that it would spread. No conversation to that nature was discussed with me, the owner of the vehicle who paid for the repair. There was no legal documentation or waver which I signed. The manager did not even bother to come outside and discuss the matter with me. He said I should call Shiraz. I called and explained the situation to him. Once he started to raise his voice and forgot his place as a manager who should know how to deal with a customer, I cut the call. I called another PG auto glass and they informed me of the correct procedure. Where I should have been refunded or discounted on my insurance claim. Shiraz, who claims to highest manager I can reach refused to give me contact details of someone senior who I could speak to. After another frustrating call with him, the issue is still not resolved. There must be someone else I can deal with aside from this person.
