Pathetic service by PG glass

I visited PG glass belville on the 20/11/2024. Nightmare of my life. I went in for a windscreen replacement, went in booked my car in for replacement, left it there I was told to come back in 2 hours. I received a calm telling me my car has been bumped by someone while it was inside the fitment center. They acknowledged the fault and they said I must get 2 quotes from panel beaters. I sent those quotes to them and it has been 2 weeks with no feedback instead I need call everyday. This matter has been handled pathetically the service is just poor🤦
