Pathetic Service at PG Glass Wonderboom

I booked a Saturday appointment at PG Glass Wonderboom to replace my cracked windshield because I need my car during the week. When I arrived, they were way behind schedule with only one technician on duty. After finally getting my car into the shop, I went somewhere else to wait and not even 30 minutes later they phoned to say the job was “done.” It already felt rushed.

The next day I noticed the wiper ***** caps were missing, so I had to drive back again just to fetch them.

A few months later, once the rain started, I realised the windscreen was leaking onto my feet and the carpet now smells terrible. I went back again on a Saturday, and the lone technician admitted they might need to remove and redo the windscreen properly but that it takes two technicians. How did one person manage it the first time then?

They said they'd speak to a manager and get back to me. A week later someone called to ask how the “service” was, promised another follow-up, and I’ve heard nothing since.

I’m tired of wasting my time, fuel, and weekends because of their rushed, sloppy work.
