Pathetic service!

This level of service is absolutely appalling. It's now day 20 since my initial call to claim for my cracked windscreen.

Pg Glass Pietermaritzburg has first said my insurance is not accepted by them because of an *********** staff member who does not know about insurances. Apparently after me spelling it out to her and she finally logging the claim she then takes my contact details down wrong and there was no further communication until I called in a week or so later.

I was then told on the 18th that it will now take a further 7 days for my windscreen to arrive! It's now 8 days later with no sort or attempt of communication.

This type of service is not on say the least!
