Pathetic Service

Worst experience ever! Today i had taken in my vehicle to the nelspruit branch to have the windscreen replaced, when i had gone to collect the vehicle, the vehicle was parked outside,vehicle was unlocked and my lights and radio was on. If that wasn't bad enough they had scratched the rubber around the windscreen and broke the plastic at the bottom of the windscreen. So we spoke to the guys, they apologised, it was ok mistakes do happen. I drove away dissatisfied but atleast I didnt have a cracked windscreen anymore. I got home and took my kids for a drive only to notice after my childs hand was bleeding that there was glass pieces all over the front of the car, from the dash to the front seats, as well as the cup holders and Floor. Its one thing to make a mistake and scratch the rubber but to be so careless and not clean up after is absolutely terrible. Most horrible experience ever! I will never use or recommend PG Glass again.
