Pathetic customer service

I came in Saturday morning at 8 do fix a broken window and install smash and grab on the same. I was told that they do not keep stock and the lady phoned to check on stock and the window was found, was then asked to come in Monday morning to affix. I came in on Monday only to find that the order was not placed and the staff were arguing right in front of me, disregarding the fact that I also need to be at work. I got to them at 8:01 and the person only left at 8:15 to go sort out the order. I'm disgusted by the service right now and feel this is unacceptable.
