Pathetic

<p>PG Glass in Rivonia, the service is pathetic. Miway approved my claim after a smash and grab incident. I went to PG glass in Rivonia i was told they will order the glass. I should come the next day at 11h00. Today i went at 11h00 i was told the stock hasnt arrived as yet. It should come through anytime. I then decided to take a walk in the mall. went back after an hour 30 min car still not done. There is guy there who is so rude his name iwas told it Uffi of Upphy when i asked him whats taking so long he tells me it will take 1-3hours i was there yesterday no one told me the window will take 3hours after i have been there for 2hours they tell me that. Also they dont have someone to do the smash and grab on the window only on monday. so all in all it takes 3 trip to the fitment centre to get 1 small window done Pathetic</p>
