Pathetic

<p>PG Glass was appointed by my insurance toe replace a sliding door. The person that was send to come and take out the door started off with a very bad attitude. About 10m before the door he realise that a burgalar proof is installed infront of the glass door and then rep**** without inspecting that a will not take the door out deu to the burgalar bar. I tried to explain that it is a sliding door burgalar bar door . He rep**** that he dont care. I explained that this is no problem as I will remove it . I removed the door myself, and he loaded the glass door on the bakkie. He left and then 50m from my house the doore fell off deu to reckless pull away and then obviuosly speeding. He turned off the road after hearing the noise, driving poles out from the neighbor. Promises was made after calls made thade are on their way from Secunda. At 12h15 still no PG Glass, or may I say pathetic employees giving PG bad name.</p> <p> </p> <p>So pathetic.</p>
