Paid for a vehicle inspection and received another vehicle's report

I visited the Durbanville branch and paid Jacques to do a vehicle inspection for insurance, Insurance did not receive the report and I went back to Jacques with the payment and reference number and requested that a report be emailed to me. Someone else's report was mailed to me and Jacques was informed telephonically of the mistake. He has not send the correct report to me yet (a week later and has not responded to my whatsups). I had to visit Glasfit in Bellville to get the report.
