Over promise under deliver

<p>Worst customer service ever service ever. <br />I call your branch in Pinetown yesterday June 30 and was assisted by a lady Navarna. Appointment confirmed for installation today, in Cotswold Downs Estate Hillcrest. Consultant couldn't even confirm a time. i was given a quote and verbally accepted it as i needed the job done asap. please go listen to the voice conversation. <br />After got confirmation from my client who's house the installation needs to take place i called PG Glass again. The consultant was not available another gentleman answer the phone and promise to get her Navarna to call me back asap. I got busy and time pass. At 18h00 i realised PG Glass have never returned my call. So consultant Navarna didn't even bother call back on a urgent message left yesterday late morning. Should she have called back as requested the problem could have been solved. I phone again this morning no appointment was set for today according to Ashton the Ass manager. I tried to get an appointment set up for today with the correct glass for the installation and Ashton was not prepared to assist not even trying to. The only thing he did was aggravated the situation by not assisting and also not giving the client an opportunity to talk by talking over your client. which is very rude. I requested on several occasions a opertunity to talk without been interrupted but to no avail. I personally believe a person in this position should be better trained in all aspects of customer relations and services. <br />i am a very unhappy client and expect a call from someone senior to ashton ass manager PG Glass Pinetown</p>
