Over Promise Under deliver

I ordered glass from PG glass fourways on the 24/06/2015. I was informed that it takes 2 weeks for the custom glass to be made which I was more than happy with. Before they could order the glass I needed topay up front. I paid the full R 10 000 invoice. after numerous calls to them they cam and installed 4 weeks later and the installation was done incorrectly. It is now the 28th September 2015. more than 3 months after paying for services and all I get is more promises and no service. If anyone is thinking about using PG glass please take careful consideration as the service is beyond ridiculous. Good luck to trying to get management to sort it out.
