Ordered wrong glass three times

Not only does she never answer her phone, Lerina ordered the wrong glass three times despite having seen the vehicle. I have been going up and down to PG Glass for almost a week now. Spending fuel and airtime whilst trying to sort out her mistakes and now she wants me to pay excesses.I am not going to pay that.<br> <br> Lerina needs to go back to training, how do you order the wrong glass three times. It's ridiculous<br> Now I know why most people prefer Glasfit I should have listened to my friend and gone there instead.
