Ongoing poor service

<p>PG never fails to dissapoint me. Today was the third time I experienced beyond bad service from PG Glass.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a scheduled appointment for a qoutation at my residence but nobody showed up and not even a phone call to let me know what was going on.</p> <p> </p> <p>On a previous occassion I had to phone six times to schedule new appointments as your firm simply do not care about appointments and or customer care.</p> <p> </p> <p>To make matters worse one needs to follow up if you are lucky enough to receive a visit from PG otherwise you will never receive your qoutation. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will not do business with your company again.</p>
