One thing you need to be careful which companies you utilize for your claims as, we went to have a windscreen replacement with PG Glass and we were told that it would be 2 hours and they did not have a courtesy car to drop us off somewhere to kill the time. We were from out of town and it was the first company I have not had service from and this is in anindustrial area. So we walked to the nearest place to get away and at 68 and 66 respectively this is a poor show. Apparently orders fom head office no courtesy car??? It took the edge off Outsurances service. So please don't use these pompous service killers.
