OEM Window Defect not handled

ON Monday 18th March 2023 A new Mercedes original windscreen was fitted at Sandton Branch.

After fitment I noticed a defect whilst driving onto the road. Visited Mercedes Benz Sandton if they can determine windscreen issues. They reffered me back to PG glass.

Two employees verified they could see the distortion, I would then be called on the 19th with further instructions.

Nothing happened, I've sent you two notices via your web form. One on Google and now one on Hello Peter. On Friday you will receive a hand written notice of this at your head office.

Please note due to this distortion the vehicle is unsafe to drive, you are required to supply me with a equivalent vehicle whilst this issue is being fixed by you.
