not seeing the benefit

Having now being transferred to a supervisor, Melissa, who kept me on the line for a further 10 minutes.

I have been trying all morning and since yesterday to get someone from PG at their Edenvale facility to contact me regarding getting my windows tinted with S&G protection, I have a reference number and have been quoted a price but it seems my money is not good enough for them. After being transferred to too many people to remember and made promises to return my calls as well as getting Melissa to contact me I finally got hold of her but my vehicle remains without assistance.

I am hoping it can be resolved soon.
