Not interrested in my business

<p>My insurance authorized a claim and logged it with PG Glass Log no ********** .</p> <p>Their HO called me a week ago and told me that the local (Rustenburg) store will call me for an appointment.</p> <p>I have been trying for the whole morning to call them. No answer. I then called the HO no and their response is also that they cannot get hold of them and there is nothing they can do. I must just except their incompetence and non-ability to deliver a service!</p> <p>So I tried again and this time a lady answer. She could not give me an explanation why the phones were not answered. She was very abrupt and asked when I can bring my vehicle. I told her that I arranged that it must be done by my work. She then told me it can only happen next week Wednesday because she is fully booked and if I cannot accept it then there is nothing she can do.</p> <p>Her attitude was not the one of a sales person talking to a prospective client. She was abrupt and rude and treated me like a servant.</p> <p>I will not use PG Glass Rustenburg again.</p> <p> </p>
