Not happy with service

Not Happy with service at PG Glass, Alberton I took my car there on 9th April 2021, for windscreen change, my windscreen was shaded from brand new, I was assisted by Carl, when I got my vehicle, the vehicle had a plain glass, not shaded... I took it up with Carl, he told me that according to Toyota, the vebicle came out with the same windscreen they fitted to my vehicle. Carl referred me to his manager Jimmy, who just shut me down and told me to take it up with my insurer I made enquiries with the dealerdhip at Toyota, my vehicle was confirmed that it came with a shaded windscreen I feel that I was handled unfairly, instead PG Glass opted for cheaper option to close the glass claim
