not fair towards staff

<p>Hi,I work for PG Glass in central mobile units workshop in bedford view.our salaries are not the same.me and my partner we work the same duties the same hours and we are in the same positions as filters but he earns more of what I get. I earn about 4thousands before dedactions, he get 14 thousands a month some filters earn even more if we complain about our salary they threatens us about losing our job. Its sad to know that we are not treated equally at PG Glass in Bedford view.</p>
