Non existant service
PG Auto Glass Plumstead. No doubt the most shocking customer service i have experienced in decades. They simply don't answer their phone.
Even when you call their National call centre they will tell you that Plumstead is notorious for not answering their phone.
Call Centre can't even tell you if they are open or not and there is simply no communication between them.
I started this process at 0930, it is now 15h25 and I'm still no further than i was this morning.

30 Dec 2024, 14:22Good afternoon, to add to the above the glass was ordered and we were told to be at the Plumstead fitment centre Monday 30 December at 12h00 for fitment. We drove from Noordhoek to Plumstead only to be told the glass had not been delivered and that we must come back tomorrow the 31st. You would think that someone would have the initiative to pick up the phone and call to say "please don't come through, your glass never arrived" Clearly this is too much to ask.
