No service Vereeniging Branch

I contacted the PG Auto Glass online service to obtain a quote for Smash and Grab, call centre agent phoned back within a few minutes however I was informed that I will have to take my vehicle to the PG Vereeniging branch. Agent assisted with a price but gave me the branch contact number to make an appointment. I have tried three times to get hold of the branch, left messages on their answering machine and nobody phones me back. Thankyou PG Glass Vereeniging for the poor service.
